As an owner, you might have questions on how the property operates, how the rental program works, and what benefits as an owner you are provided with.  This website is for Kaanapali Alii owners to answer your questions and access documents you might need.  For those areas requiring clarification or explanation, our General Manager is always available to meet with you.

About Kaanapali Alii

Kaanapali Alii is a condominium resort with 264 units composed of resident owners, part-time vacation owners, and rental residences, located in West Maui within the premier Kaanapali Resort.  We operate as an Association of Apartment Owners; we are run by an active Board of owners whose mission is:

To remain a premier residential and destination resort community founded on the natural beauty of Maui.

We are committed to the following principles:
